Animals carry a wisdom that speaks without words. In their presence, we feel love, trust, and truth in their purest form. Animal Reiki helps us step into that world — not by interpreting or controlling, but by listening, honoring, and sharing energy in ways that bring safety, comfort, and deeper connection. Imagine the joy of realizing you can truly communicate with animals — hearing what they have to say, and expressing your own feelings in a language they understand. This is the heart of Animal Reiki: building bonds of trust, kindness, and love with the beings who share our world. Introduced by Reiki master Shehbaz Dervesh in 2022, this journey is less about techniques and more about remembering an ancient language of presence — reawakening the natural ability that lives in every human heart.

CERTIFICATION PATHWAY
Day 1 — Foundations of Animal Reiki, the primal needs framework, and your first energy attunement
Day 2 — Practical methods for offering Reiki to pets, farm and shelter animals, animals in service, and those in the wild, along with your final energy attunement
Provisional Certificate awarded upon completion of both days
Final Certificate awarded after submission of a short home assignment (within 6 months)

Q: Do I need prior Reiki experience?
A: Prior experience is not required. If you have prior experience we still recommend you start with Day 1 as Reiki energy is constantly evolving.
Q: Are manuals included?
A: Yes, the official manuals are included in your fees.
Q: How is practice conducted in the online journey?
A: We practice with live animals via animal cams from around the world, or directly with your own pet at home during class.
Q: What if I can’t attend a scheduled Group day?
A: You can make it up with a Private 1-on-1 session by paying the difference.
Q: What’s the difference between in-person and online journey?
A: Online journeys are convenient, allowing easy integration at home. In-person offers hands-on practice. Both are equally effective and prepare you to practice professionally.
Q: Should I choose Group or Private?
A: Group classes offer shared energy and community on a fixed schedule. Private 1-on-1 provides flexibility to choose your dates and individualized guidance, ideal for personal pacing or integration needs. Both paths achieve full training and certification.
Q: When will I receive my certification?
A: Provisional certification is issued upon completion of all 2 days. Final certification is issued after completion of home assignment within 6 months of the final day of the journey.
Q: Will I be able to give Reiki to animals?
A: Yes, you will be fully prepared to offer Animal Reiki professionally.
Q: Is support available for the setting up my own Reiki practice?
A: Yes — guidance is offered for setting up your own Reiki practice.
YOUR GUIDE
I am a certified Reiki Master and teacher in both Holy Fire® and Circle of Life Reiki, guiding students for nine years in personal growth, healing, and energy work. My approach blends traditional lineage with a heart-centered, practical perspective. I am also the author of Animal Reiki, a learning companion to the Animal Reiki Specialist course. This course was born from lived experience. The first time I received a clear message from an animal — Professor, a wise 18-year-old Weimaraner — it opened a doorway I never expected. That doorway has since led to new teachings, symbols, and a growing circle of practitioners dedicated to healing with, not just for, animals. I’m happy to be your guide on this fascinating journey into the world of animals.
